Delivered over 1 contact day and 3 on-line and on-demand webinars, this course is designed to develop the mentoring skills of anyone working to develop coaches, match officials or volunteers within their own environment. Minimum age: 18.

Human interaction and communication is part of our daily lives and supports our existence on a daily basis. You may never have considered what this looks like or how it can support the development of others.
To help raise awareness to this, there are a number of free resources available for you to consider what these look like for you and how you currently use your interactions and communication skills.
Through accessing these resources, you may recognize not only the elements identified but also identify how you have used your communication skills and interaction skills to support the development of someone else.
