1. England Rugby Mentoring Award
Delivered over 1 contact day and 3 on-line and on-demand webinars, this course is designed to develop the mentoring skills of anyone working to develop coaches, match officials or volunteers within their own environment. Minimum age: 18.
2. Developing the Developers
If you currently support and develop referees or want to develop your communication and interpersonal skills, these e-learning modules are free and available to access from 22nd January – 4th June 2024.
Work through the modules at your pace and have the opportunity to join a fortnightly online call to share thoughts and learning with others.
